Installed new Goodman furnace, new Goodman 3 ton air conditioner with Goodman 3 ton matching coil, inserted new line set, connected new disconnect box, added a new ac pad, and installed new White Rodgers thermostat.
Conducted annual air conditioner maintenance. To tune-up, I had to extensively clean the coil and the areas around it. Checked freon levels, capacitor rating, amp draw on all major components, and cleaned the condensate drain line.
